Terms of Purchase

Below you’ll find important information about our purchasing terms, including shipping options, returns and exchanges, damage procedures, and layby arrangements. Please review each section carefully before making your purchase to ensure you’re familiar with our policies and processes.

  • LOCAL PICKUP

    • You are welcome to collect your purchase from Plane Tree Gallery at Shop 5 The Hub 43-45 Wynyard Street TUMUT NSW 2720 Australia.

    SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES/TRACKING

    • All purchases are shipped within one week of purchase.

    • Australia wide shipping for prints is available for $18 excluding custom quote items on larger items.

    • All shipments are covered by insurance.

    • We will provide tracking details via email once your order is shipped.

    • International shipping is available with a custom quote provided after purchase.

  • All sales are final. Take care in your consideration of the purchase as we do not accept refunds or exchanges. If you have any enquiries prior to purchase, please contact us.

  • We take great care to ensure your purchase arrives safely. If your purchase has been damaged in transit please provide clear photos of packaging and purchased item. Contact us immediately.

  • We offer layby with a 20% deposit and a three (3) month term. To assist you with making regular payments we can take over the phone CC payments, or we can provide you with our bank details to do direct deposits. We charge a termination fee if you the consumer decides to cancel the layby agreement. The termination fee will be the forfeit of the deposit of 20% which we consider covers the reasonable cost relating to this agreement.
