Peter E Frank
Peter E Frank. is an Australian artist born in Sydney in 1951.
Peter's paintings reflect the timely qualities of traditionalism with a unique treatment of atmosphere and light. Variety of mood, tone and feeling of a diverse Australian countryside are features of his work.
He inherited his artistic talent from the maternal side of his family and developed a love of art from an early age.
His artistic influencers are varied but are heavily influenced by Ivan Shishkin and Albert Bierstadt.
Peter has held 14 solo exhibitions from 1978 to 1998 including at the prestigious Balmoral Art Galleries Geelong.
He cared for his wife for many years until her passing in 2024. He is now back in his studio happily depicting the Australian landscape with his unique style.
